We did pick up Sue. We did make it to Cristina's. And we did finally get a car. And we did have a GREAT time! For several days we wandered around Concord, Walden Pond, and walked the Freedom Trail in Boston. We ate tremendous food at Cristina's (she outdid herself) and at several places around town. And, before we left town, we gave her home a fresh coat of paint (see last photos) and added a couple matching cars to her driveway. Here are a few pics from our visit!

The original structure where the Colonial Inn sits today was completed in 1716. It has quite the history! |

Walden Pond!
Spent some time walking around Walden Pond, which is most famous as the place where Henry David Thoreau wrote about living more simply and connected to the environment. The cabin was built on land owned by Ralph Waldo Emerson.![]() |

And, before we left Concord, we had to do a little remodeling for Cristina and Steve. Including matching Porsche SUVs! We know that Steve is going to love this next time he comes to town!
